The Employment Team at 12 College Place is well equipped to serve individuals, trade unions, local authorities and business clients in this ever-changing area of law. Members of the team provide a specialist drafting, advice and advocacy service which is available from the outset of any problem through to its final resolution. Many difficulties can be avoided with timely advice and advance planning. As a team, we are only too happy to give pro-active advice in developing situations to ensure as many pitfalls as possible are avoided.
Two members of the team are accredited mediators.
